Agreement

By downloading or using BOSS, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use BOSS.

1. What BOSS provides

BOSS is a fictional business simulation for entertainment and learning. Game money, employees, companies, products, results, and market events are simulated. They have no cash value and are not financial, legal, employment, or business advice.

We may update, rebalance, suspend, or discontinue features. We will try to give reasonable notice when a change materially affects the service.

2. Your account

BOSS may connect to your Apple Game Center or Google Play Games identity. You are responsible for keeping that platform account secure. Do not share access or attempt to use another player’s account.

You may delete your account as described on the account deletion page.

3. Fair use

You may not:

• Break the law or violate another person’s rights.
• Attack, overload, probe, or bypass security on BOSS or its servers.
• Use bots, exploits, or modified clients to gain unfair access.
• Reverse engineer the service except where law expressly permits it.
• Submit abusive, illegal, or infringing content.

We may limit or end access when reasonably necessary to protect BOSS, its players, or our legal rights.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of names, descriptions, and messages you enter. You give us a limited worldwide license to host, process, reproduce, and display that content only as needed to operate and improve BOSS.

In-game content may be generated with AI. It can be incorrect, repetitive, or unexpected. Report content that appears unsafe or inappropriate through Support.

5. Our content

BOSS, including its software, art, writing, brand, and game systems, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. These terms grant you a personal, limited, non-transferable right to use the app.

6. Disclaimers and liability

BOSS is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent allowed by law. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of BOSS.

Some places do not allow certain warranty exclusions or liability limits. Those limits apply only to the extent permitted where you live.

7. Changes and governing terms

We may update these terms. We will post the effective date and provide additional notice when required. Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to the iOS app unless we publish a custom agreement in App Store Connect.
